Our Board members operate to the highest standards and follow a Code of Conduct. They have adopted the Code of Governance for the sector. These documents support us to be accountable, open, and always put our customers first. The performance of our Board is also reviewed by our Regulator.
More information on how we are governed can be found in our Standing Orders Document which supports and reinforce our Rules. Our Standing Orders give guidance on the make-up of the Board, the jobs each member has, and what they are responsible for. It also explains the roles of Board Committees and our Executive Team.
