We’ve changed the way we work from our office.

We’re moving to more flexible ways of working to make it easier for our customers and our colleagues. Our office is now closed to visitors unless you have an agreed appointment with a named member of one our teams. Please do not just turn up as there may not be anyone available to help you with your enquiry.

My Bron Afon is our web portal and free app, that makes it easy for you to manage your tenancy with us. Check your rent balance, make a payment, report non-urgent repairs, and more, at any time day or night.

Our self-service web portal and downloadable app let’s you manage your housing tenancy with Bron Afon. You can do things like request a repair or inspection, report anti-social behavior, check your account statements and mini statement, pay your bills, and much more.
