Our Tenants

We completed Welsh Housing Quality standards in 2013. Since then we have been continuing our work to make sure all our properties remain meeting the Welsh Housing Quality Standard.

We want to give tenants plenty of useful information about living in a Bron Afon home including how to pay your rent, report a repair or get in touch with us.

At Bron Afon we encourage all tenants to get involved in shaping and improving our services. To do this, we will ask for your opinions, listen to what you tell us and get on with making a real difference to communities.
